A luxury African safari is at or near the top of most travelers' wish list, but the ins and outs of actually going on a safari may seem vague. Micato’s safari specialists understand this and are adept at transforming your perhaps hazy safari dream into a brilliant, achievable reality. All of Micato's safaris are designed to highlight the variety and richness of the game-viewing experience (almost invariably including the fabled Big Five: lion, leopard, Cape buffalo, rhino, and grandly gamboling elephants), typically making a morning and afternoon game drive in comfortable, well-provisioned and expertly guided safari vehicles.
Micato’s roots are in India, and they have spent more than three decades introducing their ancestral home to travelers. The Micato theory matches seamlessly with their practice: India is a stupendous destination, fun, entrancing, friendly, and enriching, and traveling in India with them should be, and is, the same, in spades. Months, years, and decades could be spent exploring India’s 812 million richly varietal acres. But few of us have time to experience this kind of bliss indefinitely, so Micato created The Soul of India to provide a thoughtful, succinctly paced and delightful look at some of the continent’s most eye-brightening sights.
No matter where you choose to explore, you can be sure you'll be treated like a well-loved, out-of-town member of the family.
